We’re excited to share a behind-the-scenes look at our latest renovation here in Clarkston, Washington. The clubhouse pool and hot tub at Sunset Heights, a 55+ community, are getting a complete refresh.

In this phase, our team is carefully removing the old tiles to prepare for a brand-new surface. Over the next few weeks, we’ll be re-tiling, repainting, and updating the entire pool area to create a clean, inviting space for residents to relax and enjoy.

Once complete, the clubhouse will feature a modern, polished look that elevates the community’s lifestyle and brings new life to one of its most popular gathering spots.
